Ordering & Production
Orders are usually processed and sent to production daily by 2 pm EST. Production time varies depending on the item and quantity, but generally, orders are shipped within 3-7 business days.
For the moment, customizations on our platform are limited to item color and size. Personal customizations, such as adding text or additional images, are not currently available.

We do not offer gift wrapping, but our products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Packages do not include any receipts with prices and can be shipped directly to a recipient as a gift.

Size guides on each product page offer measurements to help you select the right fit. If you are between sizes, we suggest ordering one size larger, as products may shrink up to half a size in the wash.
We typically add new product designs every day and our entire catalog is updated daily to ensure that the current listed inventory is accurate.

Shipping & Tracking
Yes, you can monitor an order’s progress from your account dashboard, which is updated in real-time. When available, tracking details will be posted to your order, and you’ll receive an email with the tracking information as well.
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. At present, all shipments originate from the United States.
